Joan Winter -Fantasy and Imagination The paintings on this page are done from my imagination.   I am currently reading a lot of books on mythology, dreams, spirit and Eastern thought and philosophy.   I know that my imagination is directly effected by my reading ... which is a neat thought that we truly can effect who we are at all levels of our psyche. The screaming naked woman coming out of the cave represents a naked soul ... hungry for an identity....
